ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE FOR ITEMS TO BE MADE AND SHIPPED.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All orders (both domestic and international) are shipped via First Class mail through the US Post Office unless otherwise indicated. I ship both domestic and international so please don’t be afraid to order thinking that I don’t ship somewhere…I ship everywhere!

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customers with international orders may be responsible for customs fees in your country. I'm sorry but I can not be held responsible for an order after it has shipped since most countries do not keep the tracking information up to date after it leaves the USA. I do keep tracking information and can give you updates as they are provided by the USPS. I am trying to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum for you but, should your shipping costs be substantially more than what is charged, I will let you know before your item is shipped and ask that the difference be paid for. If it’s under $1.00, I’m not worrying about it. If you have any questions regarding shipping or would like an order rushed to you, please specify in the "Note to Seller" section when ordering. I will inform you of the adjusted shipping cost when I send you confirmation of your order.

Due to the personal nature of bath & body products, all sales are final. If you have a problem please contact me as soon as possible. I want all of my customers to be thrilled with all of their purchase and want their experience to be a 'GRAPE' one!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
That Fragrance and Flavor are very personal and how one item may smell to one person it may smell entirely different to another one. Due to this fact, items with fragrance or flavor will not replaced if this is the issue.
 
That Lip Tints, Gloss and Shimmers appear to be dark but are just tints and not lipsticks. These items can not be replaced if this is the issue.
